Refund policy

At Treklighting, we stand behind the quality of our lighting products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, parts, and packaging intact.

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Customized or made-to-order products.

    • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@treklighting.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

  • Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  • Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items at no additional cost.

  • If the exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return and reshipping fees.

  • Replacement items are shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

  • If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, orders may already be in production or shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.
