Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. Shipping Method, Time & Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. The shipping method is automatically selected based on your delivery address for optimal efficiency.

4. Expedited Service
For time-sensitive orders, please contact us at info@treklighting.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate based on product availability.
5. Taxes & Duties
All applicable U.S. sales taxes are included in your order total at checkout. No additional duties or fees will be charged upon delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your delivery status on the carrier’s official website.
7. Delivery Delays & Special Circumstances

Peak Seasons/Holidays: During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), delivery may be delayed by 3–5 business days.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural regions (including parts of Alaska, Hawaii, and islands) may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Weather & Unforeseen Events: Natural disasters, severe weather, carrier strikes, or other emergencies may cause delays. We will notify affected customers and work to minimize impact.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase are free.

After 24 hours, please contact info@treklighting.com. We will cancel your order if it has not yet shipped.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@treklighting.com.

Lost packages: We will investigate and provide a replacement or full refund.

Damaged items: Please send photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return.
