Delivery Locations
We currently shipping within the United States, including all 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii included). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time & Method
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.  The shipping method will be selected based on the delivery location to ensure optimal speed and efficiency.

If you require faster delivery, you can choose expedited shipping by contacting us at info@treklighting.com.  We will prioritize your order and arrange for faster shipping;  please note that expedited shipping requires an additional fee.  Standard shipping remains free of charge.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is 100% free on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable U.S. taxes are included in the total price at checkout. You will not be charged any additional duties or fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s official website.

Special Circumstances
Peak Seasons & Holidays: During busy periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas, delivery times may be extended by 3–5 business days due to increased carrier volume.

Remote Areas: Shipments to remote or rural areas (such as parts of Alaska, Hawaii, or island regions) may take an additional 3-5 business days.

Weather & Force Majeure: Natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, public emergencies) may delay delivery. We will notify you of any significant changes and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
To request cancellation after 24 hours, please contact us at info@treklighting.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the item has not yet shipped.

Shipping Issues & Damaged/Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team right away.

If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund.

If the product arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, and email us. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@treklighting.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.

We will process returns within 10 business days of receiving the item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Exchanges for another color/model are also available—please include your request when contacting us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
